Section 13 rent increase notice, 
 
This form is our most used form in the current market with rents going through the roof. 
 
This form only works in England where as long as its inline with market rent you can increase your rent by whatever you want to (your tenants might tell you different) 
 
With this form you have to give the tenant one months notice from their rent payment date ie if rent is due on the 1st this must be issued one month before any 1st of the month.
